Agent Safety Check (ABN 39 774 053 707) ("we", "us"). By using this site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

What we provide

Agent Safety Check scans AI agents, MCP servers and public GitHub repositories for common security problems, such as endpoints that answer without a login and leaked API keys. The free scan gives a grade and a count of problems. The paid full report shows where each problem is and suggests how to fix it.

Only scan what you're allowed to

You may only scan websites, servers and repositories that you own, or that you have the owner's permission to test. You're responsible for having that permission. Don't use the service to probe, attack or overload anyone else's systems, or to try to get around our limits or ownership checks. We may block anyone who does.

No guarantee

A scan looks for a set of known problems. It can't find every security issue, and a good grade doesn't mean your agent is secure. The fix prompts are suggestions: review any change before you apply it. You remain responsible for the security of your own systems.

Payments

Prices are shown before you pay. A full report is a one-time purchase. Monitoring is a monthly subscription that renews until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we never see your card details. See our refund policy.

Your Australian Consumer Law rights

Our services come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Where the law lets us, our liability for a failed guarantee is limited to supplying the service again or refunding what you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
